June 1st: Cap & Gowns will be delivered and ready for pick up at lunch (11:42-12:12) in the Library!

Seniors- please remember the following if you plan on decorating your cap:

  • You must have purchased your cap in order to decorate it. If you ordered a rental cap & gown, you cannot decorate your cap as you must turn in everything after the ceremony to pick up your diploma. If you want to purchase your cap, the cost is $10 and can be paid through the sdgrad.com website or when you pick up your cap & gown.

  • Rules for decorating your cap: all school rules apply, the cap decoration cannot block anyone’s view, El Camino reserves the right to inspect all caps prior to Commencement and has the right to not allow any cap that is deem offensive or in violation of school rules. If you have any questions, please speak with an Assistant Principal.

Beginning Monday, May 15, 2017, North County Lifeline will begin teaching our comprehensive sexual health education.  They will be using the Positive Prevention PLUS curriculum.  California state law, the California Healthy Youth Act, requires that comprehensive sexual health education and HIV prevention education be provided to students at least once in middle school and once in high school, starting in 7th grade. You will have two opportunities to preview the curriculum and hear more information from North County Lifeline regarding the content of what your child will hear.  You can attend either session:
