Learning Express

 

 

Oceanside Public Library provides access to the Learning Express Library.  Students can access the database by creating and registering for an account.  Once the student has created an account, he/she can take practice tests for the SATs, ACTs, PSATs, AP, and ASVAB. 

From campus/home, all of the Learning Express Tutorials can be accessed in one location after an account is created by the student:

In-School Access

  • No Login or Password necessary.  All patrons(student, teacher, support staff, admin., etc.) have access to NYTimes.com on any device while connected to the school network.    

  • There is limited access to The Restricted Archives (1923-1980) but unlimited access to all content from 1851-1922 and 1981-Present Day.

  • Patrons may Register on NYTimes.com.  This permits the individual (while connected to the school's network) to Save, Comment and Share content.  Users can then build a very unique digital library of NYT content which they will then have access to at any time/location (off-site included).

Description: As a San Diego County Library cardholder, you have the ability to search 40+ other on-line databases from any internet enabled device to help with your research needs.  Please have your public library card handy; you must enter your 14-digit library card number and pin to access many of the databases that are available.  Databases include topics to help with homework, resume writing, job searching, test prep, Audiobooks, ebooks, business, investing, law, automotive repair, biographies, literature guides, foreign languages, genealogy, health related information and many more.
