Registration Process

Registration for 2019 AP Exams has now closed.

Canceled EXAMS/CONFLICTS: Students that cancel an exam between March 6 – 27 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $15.00 per exam canceled. There are no refunds after March 27th. Any student who does not show up for an exam will not be refunded. If you have a conflict with an exam please contact Chris Greene.

 

NO MAKE-UP EXAMS: If you are absent on exam day you will need to purchase a late exam. No refunds or transfer of exam fees allowed. Late exams are $110 ($55 ECHS exam fee and $55 late fee per College Board regulations).

 

FINANCIAL AID: Fees for AP Exams are reduced to $25 per exam for families that qualify for a free/reduced lunch. To request a fee reduction, please answer “Yes” to the free/reduced lunch question during registration. At the end of registering your request will be sent to the AP Coordinator. You will not be able to pay for your test(s) until your fee waiver has been approved. Once you have been approved you will receive an email with a link to pay for the test(s). Registration ends March 6th at 11:59 pm.  In addition, we have a grant that lowers the cost for all Math, Science and English exams.  Those exam fees will be $27.50 and $12.50 for those who qualify for the Free/Reduced lunch program

 

TESTING DAY INFORMATION: ABSOLUTELY NO electronic devices are permitted. Bring your Student ID and confirmation receipt. Students will not be permitted to enter without these ID and receipt.
